Many things can trigger stress anxiety, and eventually, panic attacks, whether it is suppressed trauma or emotions spiraling out of control, or simply the pressure of everyday life, and trying to be more and have more. A panic attack is a symptom of your body telling you to take notice that something is wrong and has been fo so long that your body has to give you a red light. It could either be that you have been unhappy in marriage or your job for too long and decided to ignore it until your body started giving you signals, or you are a child where parents always fight and you feel out of control to help the situation.
