NEW YEAR’s resolutions meetup: mental health support group

The Mental health support group is back and now has a permanent location for hosting events in Parede, Cascais.

Everyone makes resolutions during NY, especially when it comes to mental health and improvement. Let’s share our goals for 2024 and help each other keep the promises we made to ourselves.

The Mental health support group meeting will be held once a month and will have various topics regarding mental health. We will share our stories, and have activities and exercises to keep our progress on track. The group is curated by a professional therapist.

The group is free, but donations are welcome. The money will cover some drinks and snacks and I will also create a fund for people who desperately need help but have no funds to go to therapy. From my side, currently, I do some discounts for my private sessions for students and low-income households.
