I am a Mindful-based CBT psychotherapist and I offer yoga and meditation as a tool to destress, learn to listen to the body, and relax. As a psychotherapist, I help people look at the world from a different angle, and understand where their anxiety comes from and how to reduce it. Talking and practicing are two different things, however. This is why I decided to make group sessions to actually practice it together and make it affordable to a wider range of people. Yoga and meditation is the perfect way to exercise your body and rest your mind. Combined with mindfulness teachings it provides a therapy like no other to find peace and live in the “here and now.” In the class, we will do the bodywork, talk about some mindful ways of thinking and we will finish up with meditation. All the classes have some aroma therapy elements with doTerra oils.
